Terms and conditions.

• A customer participating in  the pass assure scheme will recieve 3further hours of training in the event the candiate fails the practical test.
• The scheme will only be valied through the agreement of both parties signature on the document.
• The document is a declaration of readiness for the driving test.
• Should the candidate be unprepared for test the instructor will not sign the said declaration
• Readiness for test is in compliance with the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) standards. should the instructor,in his /her professional opinion deem the candidate to be unprepared or not ready to meet the requirements, then, upon their advise shall not take the test.
• Should the candidate wish to proceed with the test against the instructors advise the assurance will be withheld.
•  The structure of training is planned increduously and maintaining training is part of the reason the driving school can offer a pass assured scheme, a client that cancels lessons on a regular basis, will not lead to continuity, it will therefore affect the progress .If at any time during the course the candidate cancells a lesson without the required notice or means of rearranging the lesson within a reasonable timescale, on more than one occassion forfeits the right to a pass assurance.  
• Holiday`s and illness are two of the most obvious reasons for not attending lessons and though holiday`s can be pre determined, illness or other commitments can often lead to a break in the lessons which will be assessed upon merit and are at the descretion of the driving instructor.
