Coronavirus and driving lessons

Corona Virus and driving lessons.

We appreciate that the present COVID-19 situation, creates concern for some of our customers taking driving lessons and driving tests. The very nature of learning to drive and taking tests requires close proximity of people in an enclosed environment and obviously the touching of controls and car door handles being shared throughout the day is necessary .
Though the driving school vehicle environment is clean we will take extra care in ensuring all surfaces, steering wheel, gear leavers and handbrake, indicators, windscreen wipers. etc. are wiped before and after each lesson, we carry anti bacterial hand wash facilities and these can be used before or after using the vehicle.

At present,we have no guidance or instructions to cease driving lessons,we therefore continue to be of service to those who wish to take driving lessons, with the assurances that safety and well being of our customers is at the forefront of our minds. This situation is constantly reviewed and we anticipate it will change at short  notice

The DVSA, who conduct the driving tests, have cancelled all practical driving tests for three months, and all theory tests for one month, this situation is being continually reviewed.

Stay safe,keep well.
